The traditional style room was pretty cool and spacious. The meals provided were delicious and well presented. The hotel was situated near some great local attractions and had a beautiful view of nature from the room.
Communication was a major issue during my stay. The staff only spoke Japanese, which led to some frustrating moments during check-in and meal times.

The hotel provided excellent service, with staff going above and beyond. the meals were fresh and delicious, and the location was convenient for exploring local attractions. I also enjoyed the unique experience of sleeping on traditional futons.
Communication with staff was difficult due to language barriers, and there were no English signs or materials available. Lack of credit card facilities and accessibility to international ATMs was also inconvenient.
